This session looks at the challenging, but vital, area of equality and diversity in early years. Stella Louis will guide us through these very challenging issues and help us learn more about ourselves so changes can be made to address them in our settings and schools.
This session will look at possible barriers to productive conversations, explore our environments, and look at the implicit or explicit messages that they are sending, and look at the different forms bias can unconsciously be part of our school or settings ethos.
The session will open for networking at 6:15 pm and the talk will begin at 6:30 pm.
