This course is designed for all staff in a supervisory or leadership role within an early years setting.

It will help develop and support your leadership skills from the importance of self reflection to identifying and dealing with conflict and improving staff retention. It will also focus on getting it right the first time for every child and family in their experiences with you and your staff.
