What will I learn?

This course explores how to reflect on your setting to ensure that outstanding practice is implemented every day. It will teach you how to identify and deal with conflict in relation to staff members. You will learn how to use your SEF to demonstrate the outstanding practice. You will also learn best practice, for informing Ofsted that you are providing outstanding care as soon as they walk through the door.
