FingerTips: Raising Reflective Learners – Session 2

Zoom Online

Tuesday, 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM
December 6, 2022

This simple yet subtle strategy has a depth that makes the difference; it will equip you to:
– Guide every unique child to understand what helps them to learn best
– Promote independence and teamwork, self-regulation and limitless learning
– Empower every learner and their adults with ‘The language of learning… for life‘

FingerTips- Know it, Grow it, Show it – The Language of Learning for Life’ is a unique, simple yet subtle tool based on the five fingers of your hand. It equips educators, parents and the children themselves to reflect on what is beneath the surface of their learning and empowers everyone to be able to pinpoint the precise things that will help the child’s learning to grow.

It is endlessly flexible and simply becomes a way of working and reflecting – giving consistency yet versatility across your team. It supports emotional, social and physical development as well as the curriculum of your culture

FingerTips enables everyone to reflect effectively on learning, behaviour and learning behaviours promoting meta-cognition and collaboration. It supports self-esteem and self-regulation. Most importantly it gives children and the adults who teach them confidence and the vocabulary around their learning to ‘Know it, Grow it and Show it’- developing the language of learning- for life.

Join Ali for this two-session Online Training course
