Philippa Thompson is a Senior Lecturer and Placement Academic Lead for BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies at Sheffield Hallam University. She is also a keen researcher and current doctoral research is designed to hear the voices of parents of children with anaphylaxis in early childhood settings across health, education and care. Published research spans a range of subject areas but all are underpinned by an interest in young children and parental well-being alongside quality provision.
Philippa's draws on her personal experience as a parent in her presentation which is also based on her current PHD research on child anaphylaxis.
