Linda has been a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing in Early Years throughout her career. During her 25 years as a Director of the Old School House Nursery in Cambridge she inspired her team to put wellbeing at the centre of the nursery, applying evidence-based practices based on behavioural and positive psychology and listening to what staff, children and families really wanted. This work won the nursery the international platinum Investors in People award. Linda has been also nominated for 3 successive years as one of the UKs top 10 most influential people within the childcare sector.
